— Prologue — 1
The castle is at the top of the town square. If you just head north, you'll run right into it.
— Tale of Lunares — 12
Don't even think about getting loud.
I'm serious. Anyone in here...who even THINKS about getting loud is getting booted.
I've had to kick myself out before for thinking too loudly, so don't think I won't do it to you.
It has been kind of a slow night so far, though. Usually there's this sweet girl in all white here...
She likes to pore through the volumes at night when everyone else is asleep. She's a real night owl!
She's always going through tomes discussing the Life Goddess...a lot of that type of mythical history.
I did see her looking at an encyclopedia of butterflies once, though. She looked so sad...
But she always loved her books, and that's what a librarian really wants to see!
She was here earlier, in fact. I figured she'd be back. But now that I think about it...
she thanked me for all of my help in sort of a...very final kind of way.
I figured she was just going to visit the princess and come right back, but that was a while ago now...
I think the girl in all white said she had something to take care of at the castle.

Why such loud talking?
I would think that even a butterfly would know to keep its voice down while in a library.
Yes, I find extreme joy in these stacks. Extreme joy.
If you're seeking information regarding Doomstones, you'd be better off seeing Hughes at the castle.
He's a truly exceptional scholar. He's quite brilliant. I find his curly hair to be impressive on occasion.
Unfortunately, a genius of his caliber often neglects to properly record the totality of his work.
Still, if you want to know about Doomstones, talking to him would yield more results than searching here.
Ah, yes, of course! I was just looking over one of the more comprehensive volumes we have—
But wait! Perhaps we should start small.
We have a wonderful tome of old legends with some beautiful artwork.
I would be very surprised to find that you couldn't read. You did come to the library.
I thought of the other book because it has a great deal of information on the older legends.
But if you would like to dive into the more analytic works, I'm sure you'll be fine, like any philologist.
Ha ha. Of course. There are no shortcuts in learning. Ha...ha.
I think that is a joke. Someone told me that once and then laughed. I'm not sure why.
Anyway, you are free to use that book stand. Seriously.
Will you be needing help turning the pages?
Let me know if there is anything I can do for you. I can help you find any book you're looking for.
It is a pleasure that it falls upon my shoulders to ensure a pleasant library environment for all users.
I often have to take a break and get a bit of fresh air. The smell of musty leather and ink...
while at first quite intoxicating, can make one forget there is Life outside of books as well.
I get nervous talking to people, OK?!
Would you like some? I have my old pair here. I put regular lenses in them so they won't hurt your eyes.
Remember that you are always welcome here in the library, day or night!
