Dialogue
CalumnusHave you noticed the behavior of the local insects
has been rather odd of late?
Of course you haven't! Finding meaning in such
happenings is the duty of the great Calumnus!
Insects are among the first creatures who sense an
upcoming disaster.
Fortunately, I sense nothing overtly ominous...
but we should be careful just in case.
Hie you hence and fetch me 3 Dragonflies,
so that I may further explore this phenomenon.
You'll find them on Cacto Cove, which is certainly
not the worst place to visit.
If you do this for me, I foresee three pouches of
Spiritual Powder and 200 Dosh in your future!
[Choice: Accept / Decline]
CalumnusI presume you've heard tell of the Great Calumnus,
and that is why you have agreed to aid me.
I assure you, my detailed divinations are well known
all across Al Maajik and beyond!
CalumnusReally? I did not foresee that one coming.
CalumnusAhh...I'm having a vision...of you, with the
Dragonflies I seek! You may hand them over now.
[Choice: Hand over / Keep for now]
CalumnusYes, yes, yes. Very interesting indeed. These
insects should give us a glimpse into the future...
CalumnusI totally foresaw that answer!
CalumnusAll we know for now is that an event is imminent.
Whether said event will be a catastrophe or a boon
is yet to be known!
