Guild MasterThey're pretty simple, but I suppose I should explain about Life Bonuses and skills. Life Bonuses are...quite self-explanatory really! They're Stat bonuses you get for living a particular Life. For example, if you were a Paladin, you could expect to receive a large boost to your maximum HP. What's more, Life Bonuses increase along with your rank, so you'd do well to train hard!

Guild MasterThe skills you learn are mostly determined by which Life you're in. So a Paladin would learn to use the Longsword and Shield skills. Of course, once you learn a skill, you can use it in any Life, but it'll level up faster in the relevant one.

Guild MasterAnyhow, which Life you choose is entirely up to you. Everyone has their own preference, after all. Some prefer to stick to one. Some like to try their hand at many. The most vital thing is to have fun!
