MiguelHmm... You're the first little hatchling I've seen in a while. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll accomplish here in Reveria. Let me make a small prediction for you... I have a feeling that sometime in the near future, you're going to disturb me in my sleep. My predictions are usually 50-50... They either come true, or they don't! Ha ha!
MiguelHmm... So you're out enjoying the nightLife? No? Then what are you doing? Ah, so you're struggling to decide which Life is for you? I see, I see. Well, there's no need to rush. I spent a good deal of time enjoying the nightLife scene before I chose to be a Mercenary. Ah, my apologies. You said you weren't out for the nightLife, didn't you?
MiguelAha! If it isn't Cervantes's young pupil! Good to see you again! It's certainly been a while. Have you improved your skills? Well, anyway, as you've come all this way to see me, I can't let you leave empty handed. Here. Why don't you take this?
MiguelHmm... Seems you're still just a little hatchling. Come and see me again once you've reached the Adept rank.
MiguelAha! So you've finally become an Adept Mercenary, eh? All right then. Let me ask you something. Have you been to Cacto Cove? There's another there who follows the path of the Mercenary. She's my dear little Melusine. You should pay her a visit, if you haven't already. She's actually quite formidable, though she may not look it, ha ha!
MiguelThere are some strange monsters on Cacto Cove. It's a very interesting island, to say the least.

MiguelHmm, so you became an Expert, did you, kiddo? You remind me of Cervantes when he was young. Hm? What's wrong? Ah, so you'd rather not be compared to that old fogy? Let me tell you a story. Believe it or not, the Grassy Plains were once home to dinosaurs, just like the desert is. Castele's Paladins would join together to fight them off and prevent any incursions beyond our walls. But the only ones who could actually defeat the beasts were two brave young Mercenaries. Namely, Cervantes and myself. I saved him on seven occasions back then, while he rescued me a total of eight times. As such, I owe him a Life debt, though I doubt he remembers it anymore. Once we had cleared the plains of dinosaurs, we went our separate ways in Life. But you should know that he is a great man.
MiguelThe golden generation of Mercenaries is no more, but monsters continue to plague Reveria. It seems I must take up my blade once again.
MiguelDid you know there was once a coliseum here in Al Maajik? You know the round space in front of the bridge leading to the Dark Sultan's Fortress? Well, it used to be an arena where Mercenaries and local ruffians would compete.
MiguelAh, so you became a Master at last, eh, kiddo? Looks like you've matched old Cervantes's skill then. But you've still a way to go before you match me! Ah, Cervantes must have taught you a Special Skill now that you're a Master, correct? What skill did he teach you? Hm? He taught you how to use the Volcano skill? Hmph. So he's still messing about with silly names like that! Well, anyway, I also know how to use it. The skill unleashes the power of a huge explosion, striking all enemies around you! Doesn't it set your heart ablaze just thinking about it? But you have to build up your Special Skill Gauge enough before you can use it. It's a useful skill for when you are faced with powerful enemies. Ah yes! I have a challenge that might be good for a strong Mercenary like you. Have you heard of the king of beasts, the Gigante? It awaits brave Mercenaries in the Ancient Ruins. It is rumored that nothing can protect you from its mighty attacks. I advise you prepare yourself well...unless, of course, you've already faced this formidable foe!
MiguelI prefer to call Cervantes's Volcano skill the Mighty Erupting Blade of Destruction... But at any rate, it's a powerful skill that deals great damage across a large area. Just be careful to use it at the right time, or you might be open to a counterattack! The Gigante awaits your challenge deep in the Ancient Ruins. Take care, kiddo!

MiguelSo you became a Hero, eh? Looks like you've finally managed to reach my level! I truly am glad to have met such a courageous and talented young Mercenary as you. I'd be quite interested to observe your skills firsthand.
MiguelYou and young Melusine... The new generation of Mercenaries gives me hope for the future!

MiguelSo you're finally a Legendary Mercenary! Congratulations, kiddo. There is now no Mercenary in the land of greater strength than you. Have you considered trying out another Life? Skill with a blade is not strength's only form, you know. Cooking, needlework, woodcutting, and many others are all worthy pursuits too. Indeed, though you have reached the pinnacle of one Life, that is not the only one deserving of praise. Your success is but a fleeting smile—a wonderful yet short-lived blossom on the tree of Life. But it does not make you greater than those in another Life. Not even I can make that claim. Becoming a Legend is certainly a milestone, but nothing more. Everyone should live as they choose.

MiguelEveryone should dream big. But you should not chase dreams to the expense of all else. For if you chase your dreams too urgently, you may be left crushed should they fail. That is the way of the world, but I believe you may have the strength, wisdom, and patience to succeed.

MiguelI see you've managed to accomplish all you dreamed of, kiddo. Dreams give people strength, but they can be dangerous too. After all, they also have the power to remove us from the real world. Some people may fall into the pits of despair if they come up short of their dreams. As such, if you chase your dreams, you must be sure to succeed, as you have!
MiguelI always believed you had the ability to chase down your dreams. In fact, I was so confident, I never even spared a thought to ask myself something I usually would... I never considered what I would say to you should you fail!
