I mean, we're able to make a bunch of items at once, right? This is just another trick in the bag! Of course, the quality isn't great. But at least you won't be stuck in front of the workbench all day!

HoratioI am SO glad to finally be done with that stupid thesis! I've been spending too much time writing and not enough time blowing stuff up!

I invented a SUPER-cool new item. I call it the Love Bomb! Every time I invent something, someone else takes credit for it! Or tells me it's already been invented! So I'm keeping this on the down low, you get my drift? Don't breathe a word about it!

HoratioThis Love Bomb of mine has the power to restore the HP of your entire party! I mean, it will once I MAKE it. See, I've invented the formula, but I haven't actually built the bomb. Honestly, bomb making is pretty dangerous. And for this one, I gotta get my hands on gel... And you need to get that from a Jelly, right? Man, oh man. I hate touching those things!

HoratioYou know, it seems like whenever we chat, all you do is talk about yourself. Lemme tell you a little something about ME for once. OK? Flamel sent me to Port Puerto to get this region all amped up about the art and science of alchemy. I figured it'd be a cinch, but here I am working my tail to the bone! Work, work, work... My visions of chillin' on the beach have gone up in smoke. Lots of smoke. From big bombs. *sigh*

HoratioPort Puerto's a nice enough place, but I'm not really taking advantage of the night Life. Or day Life, for that matter. All I do is work on my stupid thesis! At this point, I'd just be happy settling down with some nice lady Alchemist and opening our own lab.

HoratioSo! A Legend, eh? Not bad, not bad. We should talk shopping sometime. Like, where to find the best Bunsen burners, stuff like that.

HoratioI was talking to this lady the other day, and I told her how much I love Bunsen burners. She completely freaked out! I guess she thought I was talking about burning bunnies or something... It's probably for the best. I can't date someone who doesn't even know what a Bunsen burner is!

HoratioThe best thing about "evaporation" is that you can just add water to the powder to create a drink! I mean, that's completely brilliant, right? Professor Flamel didn't think so. He told me I was crazy... "No one's gonna want to drink powder, Petri!" he said. Forget him! This is a scientific breakthrough!

HoratioI've come up with a lot of brilliant ideas in my Life, but I've finally come up with the MOST brilliant one. What if we could harness the power of the sun using a semiconductor to absorb the energy? All we'd have to do is free up the electrons and BAM! You've got voltage. No-cost energy! I tried telling Professor Flamel about my idea, but he walked away in the middle of my presentation. I guess if it doesn't blow up, he just doesn't have any interest in it...
