See, long story short...they're making it hard for certain culinary deliveries to be made from Al Maajik. Needless to say, we gotta take 'em out! Er, rather... YOU gotta take one of 'em out. Unless, of course, you've already taken care of that. But if not, you better get on task, OK?

PorthosHaven't had a chance to sweep away any of those pesky Sand Golems yet, have you? Well, they're still out there in the Aridian Desert disrupting the flow of delicious desert desserts! So...when you feel ready, it'd be a big help if you could defeat one of them.

PorthosWait...you're a Master already? Where does the time go? Well, I think that means you're ready for something really challenging. If you haven't already, why don't you head out to the Ancient Ruins and defeat a Gilded Golem? What do I have against golems? None of your business! Sheesh! PorthosGood day, Paladin. I have an interesting question for you today. Have you ever been to Cacto Cove? Apparently it's only a short boat ride from Al Maajik. Anyway, the place is famous for its Cave of Shadows! Sounds horrible, doesn't it?

PorthosWell, it gets worse. The cave is filled with all kinds of demonic Shadow Monsters! It's rumored that Paladins used to visit this horrible cave to TRAIN...back in the olden days, of course. Isn't that a barbaric practice? You're not thinking of actually VISITING the place, are you?
