Tale of Lunares: Chapter Six

It sure is a real place! I know, because I've seen it with my very own two eyes!
Your Kingness, I am Falcon. I was once considered the leadin' aviator in all Castele! I was big time!
Oh, I don't know about that, Your High Majesticness, but I've seen it! I swear it!
I wish I could say, my most noble sire lordy lord.
I saw it back when I was a strappin' youth. More strappin' than now. I don't remember it so well...
But it exists! It floats in the sky, sure as a fly and as true as I stand before you, my kingle kingley.
Maybe we can all go up in the sky sometime and search for Sumwhare Island together!
Fake credentials? You didn't seem concerned with my credentials once I gave you all that candy, son!
Well, that's fine—I've made enough of a scene here. Good-bye, Your Royal Gracey Lord...ness! Sire.
What can I do for ya young'uns?
Oh yeah. I remember that as if it were only a few minutes ago.
Whenever I talk about Terra Nimbus, I'm shown the door right quick. Same's happen as same's does.
What?! You...really want to hear it?
What's the angle here, pal? I wasn't born yesterday, y'know! Or the day before that!
I guess y'all do seem like a sincere duo, though.
Awright. I'll tell ya. But you gotta promise you'll believe me...even though you can't really do that. But try.
...That was back when I had more energy, see? So I could go out all night and still fly the next day!
And that, my friends, is the tale of how I first saw Terra Nimbus in all its glory.
HAH! Most people catch ME dozin' off. That's all right, young'un. I know how it is.
It's nice of you kids to humor me, but I know I'm just a hopeless old man chasin' a dream on his own.
Oh, don't listen to me, sweetie. Things are just different these days with no students, y'know.
I useta have a pupil or two that was interested in flyin' and maybe someday seein' Terra Nimbus!
When they leave one by one...you start to get a sense of how time slips away. How dreams slip away.
There was one student of mine...best darn pilot I'd ever seen. He coulda found Terra Nimbus.
He was an ace.
He would be messin' around in my garage workshop here when he was just old enough to hold a wrench!
One day, I figured I'd show him the cockpit of an airship. We were just jokin' around, mind you...
But that little trickster pointed to somethin' behind me, and when my back was turned...
he went ahead and took off in the airship! Did three circles 'round Castele before a perfect landing!
That boy was really somethin'. Said he was gonna find Terra Nimbus again! Said he'd come back, but...
well...they never do. Everyone grows up and gets pretty busy with their own Life and all, I s'pose.
How am I s'posed to know? I can't keep track of all these young'uns everywhere!
But I ain't heard from him since he was rentin' one of those rooms from Pam.
She might be able to help you.
I'm grateful you came to see me. It's nice for an old man's mind to remember companionship.
Find Terra Nimbus. It's real, y'know. It's real...
What's this? A Floatstone? From Terra Nimbus?
I know! I was listening outside this whole time, my boy!
Oh, if only things worked that way... You are indeed so young, Robin.
But I must thank you. I knew you would make a name for yourself up there in the skies!
Don't let it go to your head now. Seems like the toughest work still lies ahead.
Your Highness, I request permission to take this Floatstone to the airship right away.
Just order me to do so, please!
Woo-hoo! Would you look at that?! Just got ordered to do something by the king himself! What a day!
A perfect fit! Floatstone installation complete!
Good job, everyone! The airship should be ready for action!
All that's left now...
is to start the engine!
Huh?
Wh-where a-are...who?
He was a lodger at Pam's.

Tale of Lunares: Final Chapter

You can talk later! You'll have a safe return with my best pupil at the helm.
Go, go, go! Go, ya little scamparoonies!
Off to Elderwood Village once everyone is assembled! Off to the village!
You kids come back safe, y'hear me? I heard me.

Flutter 033 A Little Robin Told Me

Oh, you kids don't have any worries. Come on! Robin here is on the job!
You can trust Robin. He's the best there is! Next to me, anyway. And he's next to me right now!
What's all the worry sweat for there, butterfly? Robin is the best there is, next to me, anyway! And he's—
I already said that, didn't I?
Ah well, no matter! Look, the point is that he found Terra Nimbus! He even fulfilled this old man's dream.
Sounds good! I can do that! No praise for the best pupil I've ever had. None at all for you, ace!
Once you get back from Lunares, I want a full report. And maybe you can take this old man up there later!
Nothing would make me more proud than to see a former pupil of mine landing on Lunares!
Whoa! That was weird. My head is kinda...buzzy. No, wait...that's how it always is. All systems normal!
That's the spirit, there! I know you can achieve whatever you want, Robin!
You are the best— Um...sorry. You're...not the best! At all! Remember that! *Even though you really are!*
Ha ha ha! Yeah, we'll see how much this old ace still has left in the tank.
Maybe I'll end up just a lonely old mechanic with only the airships to talk to...
Well, we've still got some work to do here.

Falcon

Folks think of themselves as belongin' to one land or another, be it Castele, Port Puerto, or Al Maajik. But y'know what, young'un? There's somethin' I've learned in my years as a pilot. It don't matter where you're from! Reveria's home to all of us. We've all got that much in common!
Back when I was a fresh-faced young pilot, I thought the world was a lot smaller than it actually is!
That airship is built for flyin'! Even if you mess the controls up a little, she won't let you down. She'll fly true, for sure!
I fell asleep at the controls of my airship once. Woke up safely in Al Maajik, no problem! Course, I was scheduled to land in Port Puerto. Boss wasn't too happy about that one.
Robin keeps offerin' to take me up to Terra Nimbus, but I really want to fly there in my own airship, yah?
Flyin' has always been my one true love. I ain't married, an' I ain't got kids or grandkids. I call that a success.
Robin tell you he wants to build his own airship? Kid has talent and moxie! I love it!
Robin tell you he wants to build his own airship? Kid has talent and moxie! I love it!
So you've discovered Origin Island, just like you found Terra Nimbus, eh, young'un? Just remember, that's not what matters most. What matters is havin' the courage and skill to get there.
Young Robin keeps tellin' me about what he's been doin' over on Origin Island. He's so enthusiastic about it, I can't bring myself to say he's told me a thousand times already!
