The Fledgling Cook Welcome to Alfredo's Bistro!

What bad luck. So close, and yet so far... I can smell the spices in the air!
I bet you two will know more. Cooks, yes?
Yes, of course, your apron. But also the look in your eye. You seek Tomatoes, yes?
Oh, yes. People always come to Pedro, knowing somehow I carry Tomatoes.
Don't try to hide it. I crave Tomatoes. You crave Tomatoes. There is no shame.
A cow? I hope that's a compliment. Anyway, if you want Tomatoes, I'll expect something in return.
Information. I'm here in search of a restaurant. Some hole-in-the-wall...
I came all the way from Port Puerto to eat at this place. But I've had some bad luck.
Its doors are open, but it's closed for business. Yet I can smell traces of tastiness in the air!
It's not far.
Well, by all the Tomatoes in Port Puerto!
You two work at the restaurant? No wonder it's closed! You're on a Tomato quest, yes?
And Pedro is sorry that he called your restaurant a hole-in-the-wall.
Yes, yes. That would be nice. I've come such a long way.
But if you're Sizzle, then who's Alfredo? Certainly not your friend here.
Oh, you must be Alfredo's assistants, yes?
Your Master has trained you well if you're searching high and low for Tomatoes.
Here. I'm glad to share with my fellow Cooks. Take some Vine-Ripened Tomatoes.
I have heard your bistro is famous for an omelet that uses Port Puerto Tomatoes.
What was it called...? Fancy Floppy Omelet...? No, it was Finest Fluffy Omelet!
I beg you! Make me that omelet right away. I'll take a seat in your restaurant!
Fluffy, yes. Fine, we will see. But just smell those Port Puerto Tomatoes!
Let's dig in, yes?
Mmm-nom! Mmm-nom-nom!
What bold flavor! The eggs are clearly from a chicken who's easily insulted... The milk, from a generous cow.
Crisp edges, yet not overcooked. Nicely handled in the frying pan.
Finally, the sauce. Tangy, not too sweet. Simmered to perfection.
Top ingredients. Excellent recipe. And you, my young Cook, show great promise.
I'm merely someone glad to taste YOUR work.
I will savor this memory.
It ranks among my top 10 tastes—EVER!
You alone have made it worth my while to come all the way to Alfredo's Bistro.
You deserve a reward, yes?
What talent you have, [Name 2].
I look forward to seeing you grow as a Cook.
In Port Puerto, our specialty is seafood. How about you try some of my recipes?
If you ever visit Port Puerto, you must do me the honor of visiting MY kitchen.
With that, I must be off. We will meet again, yes? Good-bye to you.
*sniff* Where—? *sniff* Where is that bistro?
I can't wait to eat that omelet! Please make it as soon as you can!
Visit me in my restaurant if you're ever in Port Puerto.

Today's menu is all about meat! My hearty meals will conquer customers' hearts!
Cooking for pirates is estupendo. I have absolute freedom in my kitchen!
The omelet you served me was unforgettable! You deserve an award for that one, I must say. If you're ever a Blacksmith, you'll understand that a pan you make yourself is special. It can elevate your art form even if you feel like you've peaked as a Cook.
Hola, Fledgling! When are you going to become an Apprentice Cook, hmm?
Cooks often try their hand at many different types of Life. As an Angler, I caught rare fish... As a Mercenary, I procured exotic meats. These helped me create my own culinary style. You'll never become a Legend if you only stick to cooking! At least, that's just my opinion.
The heights of the culinary arts cannot be reached only through cooking. Monsters must be battled! Fish must be...fished! Don't spend all day cooped up in your kitchen!
Well, if you're not comfortable with changing to another Life to find the ingredients you need... you'll need more friends with specialties!
Miss Olivia wanted to introduce everyone to world cuisine, so I opened up Cocina Rica!
I traveled far and wide when I was working in pirate- ship galleys. It was good for getting exotic spices.

You have become an Expert Cook! Lovely! Go see Alejandro's Beach Hut on Tortuga Archipelago. You'll meet someone there who will... Well, I'll let you see for yourself.
Tortuga Archipelago is just south of Port Puerto. Getting to Alejandro's Beach Hut can be dangerous.

Master Cook! I am very happy for you. I have just discovered the joys of fish stews! I'm LOCO about fish stews! Desert Fish Stew, Fiery Fish Stew, Frosty Fish Stew... They are magnificent!
The key to my fish stews is to get regional fish and cook them in the traditional styles.

Dear me, you're a Hero Cook already! If that's so, I have a special recipe for you... It will definitely help you achieve the next rank...for it is a Legendworthy recipe!
The Roast of Legend dish is based around meat from fearsome beasts! You must be strong to earn the opportunity to cook such a dish!

How splendid! You've become a Legend! This is all thanks to your hard work and good taste, I'm sure!
Now you can pour your energy into mastering another Life or two! Variety is the spice of Life.

If you chew your vegetables properly, you'll taste the flavors of the world! But you know this, yes?!
The more you eat, the more nature becomes a part of you. It is a good way to connect with nature.

You're a Creator Cook? You're the cream of the crop now! I'm so happy for you!
You're tough competition now. You may be a Creator Cook, but I am Pedro! My drive to bring happiness to people through good nutrition is not weaker than yours, no no no!
