Report to the Fisherman Sage
Your Life as an Angler has just begun! Find
your new Master, the Fisherman Sage, on
a pier in West Castele.
The Fisherman Sage gave you a fishing rod
and has asked you to catch a Castele Crucian.
But first he wants you to speak with Isaac.
You need to catch a Castele Crucian.
Isaac knows a good place to get them.
Meet him in South Castele.
Put your fishing rod and new Angler skills to
the test, and catch a fish. Equip your rod in
the Gear menu, and then drop your line into
the fishing spot Isaac showed you.
You caught the Castele Crucian, but your
carp quest isn't over yet. Show it to
Isaac to find out what to do next!
Isaac said that the people of Castele rely on
Anglers for all their fish. Visit the fishmonger
in the Shopping District, and get to selling!
The fishmonger thanked you for bringing her
your catch and then told you of an old man in
town who's looking for an Applefish.
See if he's still at the inn.
Isaac hopes you and he can find an Applefish
for the old man from Port Puerto. It's a rare
fish, though, so speak to the Fisherman Sage
to get some pointers.
The Fisherman Sage said that cats in Castele
might know where to find an Applefish.
Find such a cat. Hopefully it can help you
locate the fish before Isaac catches one.
The cat Trout knows of a fishing spot beside
an apple tree in South Castele where
Applefish can be caught. Head there and
try to catch it before Isaac gets one.
Trout led you to the spot beside the apple tree.
Cast your line, use all the techniques you've
learned, and land yourself an Applefish!
You caught the Applefish. It's a strange fish
shaped quite like an apple. Take it to
the old man at the inn. Surely he'd like
to get it as fresh as possible!
You delivered the Applefish to the old man,
who introduced himself as Seabury. Head
back to the Fisherman Sage, and tell him
about your incredible achievement!
