Every business needs a standard greeting. It helps unify branding across employees and branches. I teach all my employees to greet customers like so: "Welcome! Well met! Well, blow me down!" So no matter who you talk to or where you are, you get that familiar, warm, friendly greeting. I feel it helps establish trust with our customers. ￤
