Roslyn | Fantasy Life (3DS)

Roslyn"Halt! In the name of Castele, you're under arrest!!" *sigh* Maybe one day I'll get to say that for real... Oh! You heard me practicing. How embarrassing...

RoslynMagnificent animals, aren't they? The Horses, I mean. You can ride them, you know! You can even get your own Horse eventually. I wish I had MY own Horse...

RoslynYou did choose the Paladin Life on purpose, right? You weren't hoping for a Paddlin' Life? Because you wouldn't be the first one to make that mistake.

RoslynSo have you ever considered another Life? I mean, I love being a Paladin, but I sure have... I think I'd actually like to dabble in ALL of them, eventually. I'll be a Cook/Hunter/Miner/Paladin!

RoslynI may be pretty new to the Paladin Life, but I've already got the basics nailed down. For example, did you know the single most important attribute for us is Strength? Greater Strength equals higher sword damage. And that's critical when you've got to fend for yourself.

RoslynStrength is key, but don't forget about Dexterity and Focus too. A great Paladin is strong in all three.

RoslynYou made Apprentice already? Wow, that was really fast, [Player]! So you must have learned the Lightning Strike technique by now, right? Don't be shy about using it—practice makes perfect! But remember, you need SP to execute the move. Oh, and don't get caught without any SP at a critical moment... That's a Novice mistake.

RoslynCan I tell you about this strange dream I had the other night? It was so cool—we were chosen to be Princess Laura's personal guards! But then I told Isobel about the dream, and she just started laughing. She said the princess should be guarding US! What do you think she meant by that?

RoslynYou know what's weird? Nobody seems to know anything about Queen Ophelia. Or at least...nobody will tell ME anything about her. I get the sense she has a mysterious past...

RoslynCongratulations on leveling up, Adept! Feels good, doesn't it? Well, I'm feeling pretty strong too. Should we go take on the Napdragon together? Ho ho! I'm only kidding. That thing would eat us both alive.

RoslynStill an Adept? Don't feel bad—you've been moving up pretty quickly. Unlike me. There are some days when I feel like I'll be stuck at this level FOREVER. Ugh! Oh...sorry. I didn't mean to take it out on you. I'm just raring to get out of Castele and go adventuring!

RoslynHey, congratulations! Expert rank is NOT easy to achieve! You'll probably be a Master before long. Wait—does that mean you'll be Mustang's boss? Well, anyway, I'm jealous. You probably even learned a new technique... You did? Argh! I've got to train even harder if I ever want to catch up with you!

RoslynDid you know Captain Mustang wasn't always the strongest Paladin around? Not only that...the person who WAS the strongest Paladin was a woman. I always felt empowered by that as a little girl. In fact, it's what made me want to become a Paladin!

RoslynOmigosh...you're a Master! It seems like the two of us were just starting out yesterday! OK, you simply HAVE to take me along on some of your adventures. I can learn from you!

RoslynWith your sword and shield...and, uh...MY sword and shield too...we can take on Reveria! So whaddya say, [Player]? Should we go adventuring?

RoslynYou know what? You're the first Hero I've ever met in real Life! Have you picked up your Heroic gear yet? I bet you can't wait to show it off. Er...maybe "show it off" isn't humble enough. I bet you can't wait to...uh...modestly wear it around...

RoslynYou know, I don't normally care about fashion at all. Not like, say, Isobel does. She's always calling Mustang's mustache a "fashion don't." Which...OK...that's pretty funny. But, I gotta admit...I really want some Heroic gear! It feels like I'll never get my own set...

RoslynI can't believe we started at the same level, and now you're literally a Legend. Amazing! Now that you're at this level, you probably heard the big secret about Queen Ophelia, right? How do I know about it? Uh...that's a secret for an even HIGHER level. Anyway, just go talk to Mustang. I've already said too much!

RoslynIsn't Queen Ophelia such an inspiration? Oh...what I'd give to have lunch with her and pick her brain!

RoslynWait—let me get this straight. You're already a Legendary Paladin, right? And you're aiming for an even HIGHER rank? Are you trying to take Mustang's job? Aw, I'm just giving you a hard time. It's amazing that you've come this far and you still want more! I'm not giving up my dream either. Even if it takes me 50 years, I want to reach Queen Ophelia's level. Oh! I don't want to be the actual queen! I just want to be as strong as she is.

RoslynIt's been such a great learning experience to come up through the Paladin ranks with you. That's it. I just wanted to say thanks! You've really helped me out, [Player].

RoslynI heard the big news. You reached the Creator rank! That's simply unreal. Congratulations! You're a hero...MORE than a hero...to everyone in Reveria. I'm honored to know you.

RoslynYou know, all your success has really made an impression on me. I mean, Queen Ophelia is still kind of my main idol, but you're right up there. Every time I see you, I'm inspired to work harder. So thank you! Thank you so much.
