So you want to help protect and serve
Castele? Well, you'll have to earn the
approval of Captain Mustang. Pro tip:
don't joke about his mustache.
You're not the only eager young Paladin
in Castele. Go meet Roslyn, a fellow cadet
who can help you get started with your
new Life.
Captain Mustang entrusted you with a sword
and a shield, and it's up to you to learn how
to use them. Meet up with Isobel and begin
your training.
There's nothing worse than rushing into the
fray with your sword holstered. Equip yours
now!
OK, so your first opponent as a Paladin can't
exactly fight back...but that doesn't mean you
should take this challenge lightly. Give that
dummy your worst!
Now that you know how to handle a sword,
it's time you learned how to defend yourself.
Meet up with the Master of defense, Porthos,
and learn how to hold a shield.
You've got a full plate after meeting with
Porthos! Head to the Appleseed Café in
the Artisan District, and see how you can
help Mr. Apfel.
Has someone been stealing Mr. Apfel's prized
apples? Go see if any of the Paladins stationed
around Castele have seen anything.
You've uncovered a tasty target for apple
thieves! Find and protect the tree before
the Bandit can take a bite.
This is it! Unsheathe that sword, and prepare
to swing it in service of Castele. En garde!
You've saved Mr. Apfel's business...and
untold fritters, tarts, pies, and gallons of
juice. Return to the Appleseed Café and
report the good news.
The princess will have her juice, and Captain
Mustang is sure to be pleased. All that's left
to do is report back and receive your official
evaluation.
