0:00Are you short on points and Gold Clusters in the new Fantasy Life i DLC? I’ve got so many chests that I've run out of time to collect them all, so it's only fair I share some with you. The strategy to maximizing your treasure in the roguelike Snoozealand mode revolves entirely around one single item: the Fever Drone. Your high score runs will live and die by the Fever Drones. I have plenty of tips to share about this mode, but today we're solely focusing on jumpstarting a run with the Fever Drone item. This item can only be obtained one way: From a Drowsy Mimic, the new Blue Mimic with a sleepy hat. These mimics

0:40Have a chance of spawning at the top of each minute during your run. They can spawn anywhere in any area that you've unlocked, so constantly check your map for the blue chest icon because you won't always notice it when they spawn. Drowsy mimics do not have health and cannot be attacked. Instead, you just got to touch them and they will disappear, giving you one random effect. They won't disappear if you touch them right after they land, so give them a second before you get them. These Drowsy mimics will mostly give you one of a few overworld buffs, such as the Headbang effect that one shots anything you touch until it expires. The rarest effect from a drowsy mimic will teleport you to a secret room.

1:20There are two types of secret rooms. The treasure room has three treasure chests in it, and one of them will contain a Fever Drone. The other room is a one shot dream room. This room is filled with angry level 99 enemies that all die in one hit from whatever weapon you use. The catch is that you get one shot by the enemies as well. If you take a single hit from any of the enemies, you are kicked out of the dream and lose your chance at the fever dream. Defeat all the enemies and go to the top of the shrine where the Strangeling would normally be located. Instead, you'll find a treasure chest with a Fever Drone inside. The ultimate prize. The Fever Drone can not be consumed

2:00From the items menu. Instead, you must feed it to one of the alchemy pots you find around the overworld. These pots come in five types, with the Golden Tweet Tweet being the rarest. Golden Tweet Tweet can only be used once, but he gives amazing drops. He's super rare and doesn't appear in every run, so this video is not about him. But if you find him and you want golden clusters, go ahead and use your Fever Drone there. The other four alchemy pots each have a theme: wood, metal, monster parts, and food. The wood and metal pots have the highest potential for run saving tools and weapons, but each pot must be fueled with items before

2:40It can produce something for you. Wood and metal alchemy pots require 300 points of items. The monster pot requires 200 points of items, and the food pot only requires 100 points of items to use. This is due to food drops being the least impactful, but all alchemy pots drop an additional treasure chest when used. When paying for the item cost of an alchemy pot, the Fever Drone we obtain may be used instead. It's always located at the top of the menu. This will activate Fever Time on the Alchemy Pot for the rest of the run. Fever time has three major effects. Alchemy pots typically have a one minute cooldown after each use, and the maximum length for a Snoozealand run is 20 minutes.

3:20Fever Time reduces this cooldown to 10 seconds. Fever time doubles the drops of alchemy pots, including double treasure chests. Each Alchemy Pot has a preferred item group that counts for double points, but during Fever Time, all item groups are doubled, no matter which pot you're using. Combine all these factors under one effect and something becomes clear: A run without Fever Time isn't much of a run at all. This Fever Time mechanic is so powerful that it transforms this mode into a nonstop gacha frenzy in the second half with more menuing than actual gameplay, and we're going through all of those treasure chests in search of one item: The Gold Cluster.

4:00Each Treasure Chest, even the basic looking ones in the overworld, has a tiny chance of dropping a Gold Cluster when opened. Gold Clusters are a new currency used to purchase the strongest items in the new Snoozealand Shop. We want to prioritize obtaining Gold Clusters above everything else. Monzinger the monster pot costs 200 to use. The equipment drop from this pot can have Item Drop Rate Up which does not affect pots or treasure chests, but it does affect the Boss at the end of your run. With enough Item Drop Rate Up, The boss is guaranteed to drop exactly one Gold Cluster. A nice bonus for your run. All Treasure Chests seem to have an equal chance

4:40Of dropping a Gold Cluster, even random Treasure Chests found in the overworld, so it's best to use the 100 cost Mr. Piggy. This food pot will still drop treasure chests and potentially gold clusters. The goal is to do nothing except stand in front of a Fever Time Alchemy Pot until less than one minute is left on the clock. Then head to the Boss gate. When you enter the Boss gate, a fresh three minute timer begins exclusively for the boss, so even if you enter with 10 seconds left, you'll be perfectly fine. Just remember to never let the timer run out, especially when you're playing in multiplayer. During solo play, the timer will freeze when you enter menus. This is essential for maximizing

5:20Your score during a run, because multiplayer runs will just eat up the timer while picking through treasure chests. Multiplayer makes it way easier to play through Snoozealand, gather items, and generally have fun. It's a fantastic option and not objectively bad like multiplayer Treasure Grove scaling still is, but the ability to freeze the timer during solo runs is powerful for maximizing your gains from a single Fever Drone. Keep in mind that Fever Drones themselves are magic, but obtaining them isn't. Drowsy Mimics spawn constantly, but even if you chase down every one, you're not guaranteed a Fever Drone and Drowsy Mimic spawns themselves can be inconsistent between runs. During some runs,

6:00I'll have one after another spawn in the exact same location, making it easy to rapidly roll for a Fever Drone drop, but other times they're spawning all over the map and that wastes a bunch of time, unless you're playing in multiplayer. Don't forget to pick up Furniture and other Treasure items whenever you can to maximize your points. Even without Gold Clusters, points are necessary to gather dark materials for crafting the new recipes. Please Subscribe and share this video if it helped you out.
