Leaking the Next Fantasy Life i Update — New Items, Bosses, and Hard Mode Roguelike!

0:00Three huge mysteries remain within the new DLC for Fantasy Life i: For one, the story is just unfinished. There are a few story dialogs as you rank up the shop, but they don't even fizzle out. They just stop before a conclusion can even be reached. They were building up to something there. They just gotta finish it up. Second, all throughout Dark Don's shop, we see a series of Dark Dragon-themed weapons and tools that remain unaddressed. We can't make them. We can't buy them. We can't get the recipes for them. A third question many of us have is why the bosses for Snoozealand are only Level 50

0:40When it's easy for us and our NPC companions to Level Up to 80 or higher. It's just a little too easy to be a compelling “Roguelike”. And finally, there's the mystery LEVEL5 themselves have presented to us: the Primordial Dragon at the end of the trailer for the update. Who is he? What is his purpose and what will his update bring? Well, I've discovered that he's a part of a February update for Fantasy Life i that will bring a harder difficulty mode to Snoozealand. Recently, Hino himself said that Fantasy Life i would get a February update, So we can assume it will be this. LEVEL5 has followed a similar pattern with Inazuma Eleven and Fantasy Life i

1:21Recently, rolling out updates with rare characters and items, with plans to make them more easily available in the future. If you're having trouble getting stuff in the current Snoozealand mode, don't stress because you'll probably get more points and more Gold Clusters in the Hard Mode. So let's lay out what we know about the upcoming update. Each rank of Dark Don’s Shop has included a few new unlocks: a matching set of two costumes, a mount, and recipes for new equipment. I found what I believe to be stock for a Rank Six of Dark Don’s Shop. This is purely a theory of mine, but I don't think the sixth rank will be unlocked

I can't confirm any of the rewards for playing it, but a stronger version of Snoozealand is in the files You see, all of the current Snoozealand Bosses are listed under a specific asset called Roguelike Boss. So what is the Roguelike “Strong Boss” asset supposed to be? Only two bosses are listed under that one, with a potential Level of 100. They both have nearly the same IDs, but the first has “_weak” at the end of its ID. The first Boss matches up with the quest text string for Primordial Dragon,

2:41While the second is the True Primordial Dragon. By the way, the names for these quest strings include “high difficulty battle” in them. So there's another direct confirmation of a new, higher difficulty mode coming soon. I'm curious what the difference between the two bosses will be, because LEVEL5 hasn't revealed that a True Primordial Dragon will exist at all. The true reason Gold Clusters are so difficult to obtain at the moment may be this upcoming mode and its new Bosses. If the True Primordial Dragon can drop two Gold Clusters, that immediately makes things a lot easier. I just hope we don't have new items with a cost of four or more gold clusters
