0:00Okay, so something that you may or may not know is that the encyclopedia allows us to quickly do a Rating / Tier List for every Boss that you can possibly roll in the Treasure Groves. Why? Because the Treasure Groves’ Boss pool is literally* every Gold-Crown Boss in the entire game. Trust me. I have checked. So let's get started with the veggies. The legendary bosses are not available to roll in the treasure groves. Of course You have seven boss Veggies in total that you can roll, making the chances for each of them pretty fair. When you manage to roll a farming treasure grove that is. There are five types of treasure groves that you can roll.

0:40Farming, mining. Fishing. Wood cutting and of course. Monster slaying. So with the chances being equal to get any floor type. You're already looking at really difficult chances of getting the type of dungeon that you want to get. There's actually a reason for all of this. LEVEL5 wants you to go into multi-player and search for dungeons to join. But with so many bosses out there, people are rarely actually hosting the bosses that you need to find. it's a total dice roll, just like the actual planting of your own Treasure Grove, so you got to be looking out for yourself when rolling and planting your own treasure groves so you don't accidentally Replant something that you're going to be regretting

1:20Missing out on. But the reason why I say all of this while looking at the Boss Veggies is because every single one of these Boss Veggies can be grown in your base. Just check out my boss Veggie Island. We have Armored Onion right here. A little Yo-kai friend. So never, ever, ever do a treasure grove for Boss Veggies which means you have a 20% chance of rolling a completely useless treasure grove whenever you plant one. By the way, because all farming floors are useless, Golemstone would be useful, but there are a few easy ways to get Golemstone in Ginormosia. If something spawns in Ginormosia, then you should absolutely Replant your Treasure Grove,

2:01Unless it's simply too difficult for you to rank up that area. So Heart of Darkness. This is the first notable boss that we come across. And I have. You know, I've thought about this video for a long time, so I know for sure that Heart of Darkness is in my top five. Always do these. Treasure Grove's list Heart of Darkness is an exclusive Gemstone Boss that you can only find at the bottom of a Treasure Grove on the 10th floor. Additionally, out of every mining boss that can spawn in a treasure grove -- and there are 10 of them -- the Heart of Darkness is

2:41The only one that is actually exclusive to the Treasure Groves themselves. All other Boss Rocks can be found in other places. For example, Dragon's Claw spawns in B3 of The Depths, *and* it spawns in Ginormosia. It's a beautiful, amazing looking new boss rock with some fantastic essential materials, but once you get far enough in the game. Get to Chapter 7 and you'll have easy access to this Dragon's Claw in Depths B3. Graphite Deposit is in the same exact location. Replant your Treasure Grove if you get one of these. Unless you don't want to proceed in the story. It also spawns in Ginormosia. So always replant this one Giant Ancient

3:21Fossil, extremely accessible not just in B3 of the depths, but also as a part of a randomly appearing area event in the very first Ginormosia Area you unlock in the tutorial. That desert. It's so easy to find these guys. Earth Starcrystal, Water Starcrystal, Wind Starcrystal, and Fire Starcrystal are of course not worth doing in Treasure Groves, because they're ported over from the 3DS games! They're just the Starcrystals, guys! You can find these super easily on each of the islands in the Past. Always Replant your Treasure Groves for these, and that covers every single Mining Boss. If you thought that was a lot, I have crazy news for you.

4:01There's an insane number of Boss Fish out there. First off is the high flying fish. Not only is he super cool looking, he's also definitely exclusive to the Treasure Groves. So until you have a few of these guys and his fluffy Nimbus Scales in your inventory, DO NOT Replant your High-Flying Fish Treasure Groves. This guy is completely exclusive. Rainbow Flying Fish can be easily found on Swolean Island. Just go through the first floor of the Cave of Trials and you pop out right where he is. Great Lucky Bream, you do want to make sure you have a couple of this guy’s materials in your inventory for Life quest crafting. And of course, you want to make sure you defeat

4:41This guy locally on your own game in single player so he gets added to your Medallium. Outside of that, not very useful. I wouldn't suggest doing it. On the other hand, Poseidon Swordfish feels insanely rare. I'm pretty sure every boss has an equal rate of appearing, but just my opinion. I always regret replanting when I have a Poseidon swordfish because I keep needing this guy's fins for a lot of different endgame Crafts, plus, he's so cool. Come on. Kind of looks like a SpongeBob boss. Golden Swordfish, both from the 3DS game and very easy to find and fish up. Beelzebub Tuna, a brand new Boss, super cool looking and exclusive to the Treasure Groves. You need this

5:21Guy's materials, particularly the Devil's Fin for so many different endgame crafts as well as consumables, so make sure you do full drop rate up set when fighting this guy so you get two of his fins Eruptuna. Now here's the thing. As cool as he is, I've never actually seen him as a boss for Treasure Groves. He's like the ONLY boss that I've never seen appear as a Treasure Grove spawn. He really seems to be exclusive to Ginormosia, although I could just be unlucky. He's super difficult to fish up in Ginormosia,. I don't think you really need him for anything, but he is used for some very good dishes. Very very useful ones. Let me know in the comments if you've ever had this guy as a boss, because I just don't think that he appears in Treasure Groves...?

6:01Now, Coldwater Tuna, maybe? It's just not worth doing because it's so easy to find in Yohoho Cavern. I think I've seen Crystalline Bass and Bass of Darkness appear again, not worth doing because they're so accessible through the main story. Just get to Chapter 7 and you can access any of these guys I'm telling you to not do the Treasure Groves for. Deep sea Lordfish. Easily accessible. Same with the Bluescale Lordfish. Plains Lordfish, Forest Lordfish and Cherry Lordfish, more fish that are extremely easy to access in normal areas of the game. However, the Godfish which is included in the Lordfish Platter is exclusive

6:42To Treasure Groves and does feel quite rare to me. That is to say, I always regret replanting this guy. He is used for the most powerful Crafting+Gathering Dish in the entire game, and I do believe you need him to create the Lordfish Print to Rank up to Hero for Artist as well. So you'll need a few of these guys. Make sure to add them to your encyclopedia And get plenty of the ingredients for this Treasure Grove exclusive boss. Now coming up on the trees here we have Giant’s Tree, which I did originally think was exclusive to Depths/Treasure Groves, but it turns out you can get early Giant’s Tree access by ranking up your Drakeseye Valley Area to Rank 5.

7:22In Ginormosia. the Giant’s Tree there is Level 90. Extremely difficult to chop. But there is an easier one in Depths B3 like Dragon’s Claw so, this one’s an Always Replant, unless you want the early-game power spike from a Giant Stick! But on that note, the Dark-type equivalent is the Dragon Stick, and the Great Dragon Tree is fully exclusive to Treasure Groves. Additionally, the Dragontree Horn dropped by this boss is used in a ridiculous amount of in-game crafts, including weapons. So you really need Dragontree materials. And this is a brand new Boss exclusive to Treasure Groves,

8:02So never Replant this guy unless you're absolutely certain that you have surplus materials Because it's hard to make him appear. He's high in demand and everybody's joining each other's lobbies the moment that he pops up online, you're going to have to plant one of these guys yourself or luck out with a friend. Recluse Cherry Tree can appear in the treasure groves, and it's worthless because it's the easiest boss tree in the entire game. It's right at Faraway Island. Earth Angeltree, Water Angeltree, Wind Angeltree, and Fire Angeltree. All iconic 3DS tree bosses that you can easily find around the past islands. Now on to boss monsters. Guardian Golem is not available in Treasure Groves yet, but he's being fought in official art they released to promote Treasure Groves!

8:42So in my opinion, there is an update that is being worked on that will release soon where he'll be available. In that case, he probably has unique drops, so he would be one that you wouldn't want to reroll for because there's only one of him in the game so far. He does not respawn and he does not drop unique drops. Guardian Hagram is in the same category. He's not available in Treasure Groves yet, to my knowledge, but once he is, he'll have unique drops. Now Prairie Dragon extremely easy to find in Faraway Island’s Forest. Napdragon in multiple locations, Tunoco Quetzal, super easy to find in the early game area, and Bigbeak actually does spawn in Ginormosia, you need to

9:22Get the Wingtip Valley Area to Rank 5, but honestly, that's kind of annoying to do. And you do need Bigbeak materials for a few things. So if you don't feel like grinding Ginormosia, Bigbeak is a great Treasure Grove candidate. If you're super early game and you managed to roll this guy on an easy floor, I would suggest doing him once or twice for that Rainbow Feather of his, because you will need it when ranking up lives. Now Stone Golem, useless as a Treasure Grove boss because he's found in multiple locations. Same with the Crystal Golem. Bouldergheist and Wicked Spooky always Replant as well. Shadow Carrotella, you can actually find in a Ginormosia Castle, so you don't need to do a Treasure Grove to add this guy to your encyclopedia.

10:02Shadow Tortoise. I also believe this guy's in the castle. So you shouldn't need to do a treasure grove to add them to your Medallium, and the Shadow guys drop nothing of note. now this guy is the Shadow version of the Dinosaur Bosses: Shadow Tyrant. I actually haven't added him to my Medallium yet because I need to roll a Treasure Grove with him as the Boss. He is exclusive to them, so make sure to do the Shadow Tyrant when you roll him in solo play, just so that you can add him to your Medallium. Lord of Death, another Treasure Grove exclusive dinosaur boss, drops Evil Shard, which is used for so many different end game crafts. Including a very cool costume. You need a lot of evil shards.

10:42Especially if you want to make consumable berserk potions for plus 50% attack. always do this guy if he's on an easy roll, because you will be needing his materials later on. And of course, make sure to add him to your encyclopedia because he's truly exclusive. Mohawkasaurus has multiple spawns, Lord of curses has multiple spawns. Lord of Death and Shadow Tyrant are the dinos you want. Shadow Behemoth not exclusive to Treasure Groves. He is in the Ginormosia Castle. Great Chimera has some amazing meat drops, but he's easily found on a five minute timer in B3 of the Depths. However, Crystal Behemoth, you need that Monster Crystal he drops for a few different Rank Quests and just general endgame

11:22Crafts. He is exclusive to the Treasure Groves and very annoying to seek out because you really just want him for that monster crystal drop. So make sure to get in some crystal behemoths when you can. Blizzbear, he's found in the depths. Pyro Panther, Moltana Wastes is annoying to Level Up, but he’s not truly exclusive, he can spawn in Treasure Groves. Almost every Gold Crown Boss does, though. Goldmeer can, for example. But he's Level 25 and easily found in Lulab Forest on Faraway Island. Meanwhile, King Woolie, you do need his Fleece for a lot of different things. And I do mean a lot. It's not just once or twice. So instead of wasting your time grinding Treasure Groves for him, just rank up

12:02One of the easiest to rank up areas in the game, that West Greatgut Plains. and get the King Woolie to spawn at Rank 5. Way better solution And that's going to do it for our tier list of every single gold crown boss in the entire Fantasy Life i base game. Which ones are you replanting and which ones do you need to roll the most? for this quick Treasure Grove guide on which bosses actually have important materials and which ones you can just ignore because they're a waste of time, I've been working super hard over the past month to put together comprehensive video coverage on everything in Fantasy Life i, So if any of these videos or playlists are helping you out, don't forget to subscribe and leave a like on these videos.
